No More Pony Tonite: The End of an Era...?

It's been announced already, but in case you weren't aware, Sheldon has decided to end the podcast known as Pony Tonite. We had a great run, but he and the others were getting tired of having on random fandom guests, many of which they simply didn't really have much of an interest in getting to know. We tried a couple times to go back to the original format of just some bros hanging out, but the last podcast was horrible and I was basically ready to leave it myself.

For a little bit I entertained the idea of relaunching the podcast and moving forward with some new hosts, reinstating the guest interview format. Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest on the parts of myself and others, I've decided to put those plans aside for now.

I'm also beginning to re-evaluate some of the other projects that I had in the works related to Pony Tonite, most notable Pony Tonite Radio, which was something I'd nearly already completely abandoned. Due to the dissolution of Pony Tonite, I'm thinking of also taking the radio station down. Surprisingly, in the last 30 days the station's had 329 unique listeners and a total of 28.8 listening hours. That seems like a whole heck of a lot! 

329 unique listeners in 30 days?!  That seems like a lot.

So before I kill the radio station, I wanted to know: Are any of you out there really enjoying the radio station and would like to see it stick around? I could take more of an active role in its management and try to make it better if the demand exists.

The Hooffields and McColts - Pony Palaver

It's that time again, time to hear what some random fat brony thinks about the newest episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  Specifically, we're dealing with The Hooffields and McColts here, folks.  Really, it was an okay episode.  I like how there was further character development of Twilight Sparkle (along with more evidence she is not a Mary Sue) and Fluttershy.  Unfortunately, the plot was a tad on the predictable side.  Oh well, can't win them all!  What do you guys think?

Hearthbreakers - Pony Palaver

I purchased some new audio equipment (specifically Roland CS-10EM Binaural Microphones/Earphones and a Zoom H4n Handy Recorder) and decided to test them out on a new episode of Pony Palaver, taking a look at the newest pony episode Hearthbreakers, centered around Hearth's Warming (with some bonus content on The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows).

I really had a lot of fun with this episode, Nick Confalone delivered the goods here.  The dynamic within and between the Pie and Apple families was a true treat, almost as good as real apple pie.  Oh no, now I'm hungry.

A Message to MisAnthro Pony

Unfortunately someone's seen fit to attack my character in a video with baseless accusations.  I felt compelled to make this video to clear some things up and I wanted to especially share it with you guys, my biggest supporters.

I have a real analysis video that I've been making good progress on for Amending Fences that should be out soon, hopefully by next weekend if I can find the time to finish up the editing.
